if you participate in challenges, what kind of prizes do you like to see? in order to make it interesting i was previously doing the top 3 pick a pattern for me to knot but i am notoriously bad at actually doing those. so is there a prize you would rather have for placement rather than the usual rate patterns 5 stars, friend request, etc etc? or do you like those?

there’s a lot of different options for prizes such as friend request (for my challenges i do everyone gets a friend request), 5 star rating on x number of patterns, loves on x number of patterns, i’ll make x amount of your patterns, umm let’s see some people will make and mail a creation to the winner, although a lot of people aren’t comfortable with sharing addresses and such. that’s all i can think of so far…

It’s really fun to see people making your patterns so when I host challenges I try to have ‘make one of your patterns’ as a prize. I also find it motivating to win if I know one of my patterns will be made. I also like to have custom pfp as a prize because I enjoy making them, and ofc the traditional ‘love/rate patterns 5 stars’.
