Hey guys I’m sick rn 😔 my nose is literally so stuffy I can’t and my throat is drier than the Sahara dessert. So I ask, what is your recommendations for dealing with either of these things while sick? Yes I am taking medicine but it’s not helping 😭

I think I’m a little late but here are some stuff I do if you live in a dry area so like for example California,Arizona,New Mexico,etc places that have 0 humidity it’s best to have a humidifier it will loosen up all the stuffiness, that works with a big one if you have a small one for like a desktop you can do the same thing and also put whatever essential oil you want I personally like lavender and it also makes me sleepy so I could go to sleep easily and if you can try to take day quill or night quill
