i saw some cool person on pinterest and wanted to look more like them so observed the picture and thought about what i liked about the outfit and the bracelets was a thing and then i was like wait i need those and thought “nah i can make that myself” and boom youtube tutorial boom! it was the start of summer break too so i kinda had more then enough time

So I basically started because I was a look band girly for soooooo long, but I eventually ran out of bands, but found a bunch of embroidery floss under my bed, so I went on YouTube and searched "embroidery floss crafts" and found a bunch of friendship bracelet tutorials, and kind of snowballed to where I am today!!

Started making them years ago when I was taught how to in summer camp, stopped until my senior year of high school, stopped again until my summer break during college, then started again a couple of months ago during a creative period and it’s been really helpful for my anxiety! If I’m focusing on moving my hands and following a pattern or learning a new technique, my brain can’t make up things to be anxious about lol😂
