Ok so basically,About a year ago, Epic games (the owner of Fortnite) took away my display name. They emailed my dad saying I would have it back in two weeks…TWO WEEKS. At the time it didn’t seem so bad, after the two weeks epic games hadn’t given my original name back to me. Then one day I got back on Fortnite to find that I had to have a PIN code to accept/send friend requests. It’s been over a year now and epic games still hasn’t given me my name back..some of my friends had this issue too, just not the code. Does anyone know how to disable the code? I also need the PIN code to get into parental controls to see if something is there that will switch it off. Has this happened to anyone who plays Fortnite? I NEED HELP. |

Ask your dad to get into contact with them or get in contact with them yourself. Explain the issue you are experiencing.

@halokiwi good advice, but the thing is, we have already tried that multiple times. With the same response saying “sorry for the inconvenience. We will fix the problem right away” thanks for helping though! I appreciate it! Love you 😘

This might be one of those situations where you need to do find everyone who works on this and just relentlessly call/email them until they get fed up and fix it.
