For those who donโt know, the cilantro gene is a gene where cilantro tastes like soap. Both me and my mom have it, itโs part of the reason we donโt like chipotle very much

Mmmm idk about cilantro (for the record, they donโt seem to register as soap to me though i am sorta not fond of the taste), but shiso leaves do taste like soap to me ๐
