So recently I have been really into fashion and have been loving creating bracelets that match with the colours/style of my outfits and clothes. I think it's so fun to be able to create bracelets that match with my style. But recently I have been noticing that some of the colours in my outfits don't suit me as well as others so then I went down the rabbit hole of colour analysis. I was wondering if anyone on here has any experience with colour analysis since I have no idea what I'm doing. I thought I might be a clear/bright spring but I'm not really sure haha. I thought it would be interesting to get some more opinions on this! Thanks!! 😊

Ngl I always thought colour analysis with skin was kinda bs, you def do have an undertone, but it can change so much depending on light, so there isn’t really a need to go deeper than cold, warm or neutral. I think it’s much more important to have the colour look nice with your hair and fit your body properly. Example would be that I would usually go for a dark blue or green since I’m light skinned and a ginger, and therefore gives good contrast. My opinion on fashion is definitely more influenced by my arts knowledge though so that might explain my perspective on it.

Hey! Fashion Girly here 😇 I don't necessarily use color analysis when picking out an outfit. I am blonde and fair skinned so I lean towards lighter colors such as pink, blues, greys, etc. but that NEVER stops me from wearing darker colors such as greens, navy, brown, etc. I personally don't think color analysis is worth it/necessary. I don't think color analysis should determine your wardrobe or fashion choices unless you are starting from scratch and are looking for a uniform (outfit you wear every day and have multiple versions of). Hope this helps!! 😘

Thank you so much guys!! I definitely agree with you both on this. I personally feel like there are other parts to fashion that are more important than having the colours match your skin. Things like the fit of the clothes, accessories and how different clothing items work together is more important to me than just the colours. When I first started reading about colour analysis I did think it was crazy how everyone apparently fits into a specific colour season. After doing some more research and reading about it I've decided it's not essential for me to know my colour season and palette so I'm going to continue wearing whatever colours I like 😄 I was scared that if I get a colour analysis done, it would stop me from wearing the colours I love so instead I'm going to continue to build my own style and wear what makes me feel confident and happy 😇 Thank you all for the advice and information 😘
