I think it's a Chapter 11 bankruptcy which means they are restructuring, it doesn't mean the company is going out of business. Forever 21 did the same thing in 2019.

@kpn I'm no expert on the business legal system either, but what I understand about Chapter 11 is they may shutter some stores as they figure out a more cost-effective way to run the business. Most businesses that file for Chapter 11 don't actually go out of business.
