after being skinny and having little muscle for the entire rest of my life, with people also pointing this out frequently and making it obvious, after a couple months of working hard to get better at my sport (pole vault) I managed to do my first unassisted pull-up less than a week ago.I also thought that it was a fluke when I first did it, I was like, "No way!" so I waited a bit and I DID IT AGAIN... and now I've just been able to do one all the time. Not multiples in succession yet, though. We're working on that. 😉 |
