It was really cool! I’m on vacation in California which is not in the line of totality. My family, friends and I went on a hike and at the top we watched the eclipse. One of our friends attached the eclipse glasses material (so our eyes wouldn’t get damaged) to the end of a pair of binoculars so we could see the sun up close! We only saw the sun make it to a crescent because we weren’t in the line of totality but it was still very fun!!
