Around 9 months ago, I rated some lgbtq patterns 1 star. I wasn't as mature back then. I regret rating those patterns badly. I may not support lgbtq, but I know now that I shouldn't treat people badly because of beliefs. Really it was a misunderstanding on my part, I am sorry.I feel like the same should go for the other side. Lgbtq+ people submit a bunch of lgbtq patterns, but when people who don't support lgbtq and aren't necessarily trying to hate submit a pattern on the topic of God's Rainbow or any not lgbtq pattern like that, it gets deleted. We aren't trying to hate necessarily, we just want to freely believe or own thing. EVERYONE I think, have the right to believe what they want to. So, what I am trying to say is, can we agree to disagree? Thank you for your time, & I am truly sorry. |

I accept your apology and I am glad you are more mature now 🙂I love that the rainbow is such a universal symbol and I don't think we should fight over who it belongs to because it belongs to all of us in my opinion. I think the upset about some of the Christian rainbow patterns comes from the message that some Christian rainbow patterns have. No matter, if intended like this or not, some of them have the message, that the rainbow only belongs to God/Christianity and to no one else. This can be quite upsetting, because the rainbow means hope and love to many, no matter if in a religious sense or not. |

I get where you’re coming from, but some pride patterns can be offensive. If a pattern has an animal & a pride flag, I personally am offended because I don’t think animal should be associated with pride or any beliefs really. So really it is kinda this game on who is offended by this and that. I’m not trying to be rude, but that’s my 2 cents.

I never really thought about whether animals should be associated with religion or pride 🤔but you are right. Some are offended, others are not. I personally don't find patterns of animals with pride flags or rainbows offensive. To me it's just a combination of two unrelated things that someone who likes both might like. |

@SheepDog12 I personally think everyone should have the right to live the life they want to live, and I really think you should be who you wanna be, I just personally wouldn’t want to be homosexual. Really what Im trying to get at is I support people being themselves, but it doesn’t mean I support what they do. Does that make sense?

@4741149 i agree with you, and @SheepDog12 I personally don’t support the lgbtq community because it’s my religion and to me my religion is everything, and that’s not a bad thing. Just because I don’t support it doesn’t mean I don’t respect the people of that community. For a lot of people it’s their personal beliefs, and no amount of peer pressure should change that, even if it’s what they grew up learning. And for a lot of people associating something against their belief WITH the religion/beliefs etc, is offensive. I think it’s okay to have different opinions, but if people can respect each other, both ways. Like not forcing anything on anyone. Those are my 2 cents too heh. |

@4741119 I'm so glad you've grown in your faith to realize that hating on people isn't right. it makes me so sad to see other Christians being really rude and doing hurtful things. I don't agree with the lgbtq community, but I have never hated on someone for it, and people will assume that of me just because I'm a Christian. your apology was so sweet thank you 😊
