ok so maybe no one has this but i feel like some of taylor’s lyrics are confusing so use this to say a lyric that you don’t get and maybe someone else will explain it or how they see it…. I’ll go first: “forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met.” this line dosent make sense to me bc like i don’t see how trying to forget someone and all their memories can be compared to someone who have no memories with😭😭. also still LOVE the song tho so it’s fine 😭. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I think “forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met” means that forgetting him is impossible just like it is impossible to know someone you never met.
