I said "beautiful" without the tMy brother had a full on British accent My sister said "forgot" like bee-dot and elephant like ele-foo The neighbor girl doesn't say v at all so it's "berry good" or "begetables" She also calls it a "jumpoline" instead of a trampoline |

Omg I needed this.I used to pronounce debris like “duh-briss” and arrogant like “uh-RO-gent” in my head. There are so many more but I can’t remember. People always pronounce “mascarpone” wrong but I know the correct pronunciation! |

Let’s see… my sister called our dog “Dubby” (his name was buddy). Not sure if this counts as a mispronounciafoon but when my aunt was younger she said “D-U-N. Done” and it’s kinda been a little saying in my family.

my brother called strawberry milk “straw-gah-buggy”, walkie talkies “hawkie-talkies”, woodpeckers “pecker-woods”, yogurt “ogurat”, and teddy grahams “t!tty grahams”. i called the remote “ramoke”, the living room the “lithing room”.

not necessarily a kid but my grandma has a little trouble with english and calls covid “covick”, sandwich “sang-witch”, lard/manteca “lort”, reeked “reaped”, herbs “herps”, professor “ferfessor”. and there’s a million more haha

I called umbrellas an “Un-goo-yuh”My sister said “hippopabadiss” for hippopotamus My other sister reads the word embellish as “emBLEMISH” and said occasionally “oc-stent-ly” My friend called getting a brain freeze “Head Brains” One of us said “capatiller” for caterpillar Me and my sister called hyperboles “hyper-boils” (the person teaching us grammar at the time corrected us so then we started calling them that on purpose lol) |
