Recently some users have been targeting lgbtq patterns and rating them all low out of intolerance. If this happens to you on any of your patterns, please don't be afraid to report it to a moderator by sending them a message! You can also tag the offending user and a mod in the comments of a pattern.You can find all the BB moderators here: https://www.braceletbook.com/users/?rank=6 https://www.braceletbook.com/users/?rank=5 I have made reports in the past and they have always been addressed, and I have been told that the targeted hateful behavior is not acceptable. Hopefully with more reports, BB can be a safer more welcoming place for everyone! |

@TKEStrong3 Well, in my particular case, users have gone through only my pride patterns and rated them all low. Yesterday one user did that to over 10 of my lgbtq patterns. When it happens that way it seems apparent to be targeted and hateful. I am also not the only user this happens to.Yes, to answer your question it can happen to any kind of pattern. And if a user goes through lots of your patterns, no matter what kind they are, and rates them all low, that would also be targeted and hateful. @KrazyKnotz Would you like to add anything/weigh in about @TKEStrong3 's question? |

@TKEStrong3 When talking about rating patterns low, this refers to extreme cases where a user intentional rates a bunch of patterns extremely low because of the topic of the pattern, not the design itself. Users can rate patterns low, but when they rate several patterns in a row with extremely low ratings targeting a specific topic and/or specific user, this hateful and vindictive behavior is not acceptable on this site. We want BraceletBook to be a positive and safe place for users to creatively express themselves.In @Moggle's case, not only was this user rating several of their lgbtq patterns low, but other users also reported this negative user rating their lgbtq pattern extremely low too. So this is an obvious case of hateful rating, and needs to be reported. |
