currently i’m doing 100 crunches, 50 russian twists, 50 in-and-outs twice a day. what are some other good ab workouts (preferably not weighted)

I do 100 Russian twists, 2 sets of 50 crunches spaced by 3 minutes, and repeat

My glute workouts are super intense tho lol. I do 100 30 pound hip thrusts, 50 squats with a 45 pound weight, 50 pound back kicks on both sides, and i repeat it lol

@daisy_brac oh no girl i could never haha. i don’t rlly hit my glutes anymore tbh (i need to start back up again) but my workout is usually 3x8 bench. 3x8 squat. 5-way calf raises (20 each way). 3x10 of either power clean or hang clean. 3x20 step-ups. and sometimes i’ll throw in some random stuff like box jumps, play walkovers, and there one thing so don’t know the name of haha

and i usually don’t this twice a week. but during the summer at summer conditioning we got weight room everyday so it’s different

honestly just look up ab ripper x, theres like 11? different ab exercises in it that you could try, or you could just do the workout

I usually do a circuit that is ab-focused but also helps target full body!So 4 sets of 30 each: jumping squats, mountain climbers, butterfly sit-ups, dead bugs. No rest in between exercises but 60s rest in between sets There's no timeframe to complete the reps so you move on your own speed but eventually you'll be able to do the exercises faster! |

basically running is the best ab workout i know it sucks but it tones your whole body sooooo freaking nice it’s amazing

@olvidar tysm! i start trying to run more often. well my school hosts summer conditioning for athletes. it’s just strength and speed/agility conditioning mainly just to make you an overall better athlete. but if you were wondering what sports i play it’s volleyball and basketball. (:
