What are your string amount comfort zones? Currently I’m comfortable using 12-24 strings.

I haven't been doing alot of bracelet making lately, but I usually do requests for 6-8 but if I'm trying something new, I'll probably do 12 at the most. If I'm doing an alpha, it doesn't really matter as long as it's under 30.

For me, I like to make normal bracelets between 16 and 20 strings. I just like that width to wear on a wrist, and I find that number of strings easy to manage.For alphas, I like making small keychains, so I prefer around 20 base strings or less. |

I usually make normals 12-20. I go through phases where all I want to make it 24+ strings sometimes.I don't usually make alphas, so I am not sure what I prefer for string amounts. |

i made an alpha with 50 strings in 2021 but since then, nothing more than 20

I think 16 is my happy place no matter the type of bracelet. I don’t think I have the motivation for 20+ 🤣🤣 I started a wallhanging that was 49 strings and it took me MONTHS not because it took that long to knot, but to find the will to work on it lmao
