So I LOVE to read, and I used to do it 24/7. But lately bracelets have been dominating my life, and I have been in the biggest reading slump for several months. Any advice for how to get out of it?

If you take the bus to school, this might be a good time to read. It's a great alternative to being on the phone. Reading in the evening before you go to sleep can also be beneficial. In general any time where you are just trying to kill time by being on your phone, could be good times to read instead.Maybe you could try to reread your favourite book or you could read a book that you always wanted to read. You could find another person and you both agree on one book you want to read and then you can talk about this book with this person. |

hello! i have a few tips for my fellow bookwowm 😍1) if you're addicted to makign bracelets, try listening to an audio book while making them!! then you can be reading (kind of) and making bracelets! 2) try to find a really really good book in a genera you like! here are my recommendations! Mystery/thriller: agggtm (a good girls guide to murder series) its amazinggggg Realistic fiction: The Hate U Give (so. good.) or The Way i Used to Be (TW for r@pe and recovery, but its and really powerful book) Fantasy: Elatsoe (also kind of a mystery!) Historical fiction: The Book Thief or The War That Saved My Life 3) have a scheduled time to ready every day, like 20 minutes before you go to sleep/bed! Good luck and happy reading!! ❤️ |
