@Yelena09 that’s crazy I’m so sorry about that. What area are you in? Because Most of the Christians where I’m at don’t hate on lgbtq people so I don’t know what it’s like. At least where I am Christians will just let people live their own lives and if they do ever say something (it’s always some random old person) they just mention something about homosexuality they don’t actually hate the entire person themself.

@Jm4 I’m so glad not every church is like mine. I live in the south and homosexuality is like a swear word. And being a member is something entirely different. I think I’d get kicked out of church if anyone there knew. But I’m so glad not everywhere is like that! (:

@Yelena09 I live in rural Texas. Everyone stereotypes it as homophobic but it’s honestly rare that gay people get bullied, and there are a ton of gay/lesbians here. People are more transphobic. But I know some gay guys that go to my church and no one really cares and if anyone says anything it’s gonna be that random old dude with Alzheimers.

my mom isnt religious at all but my dad grew up Christian so i got to experience both sides of religion but i settled with a mix of paganism and atheism lol

I grew up in a very Catholic family that had me forcibly confirmed to the church. now Im Pagan and practice witchcraft and am extremely happy !
