sooooo i like girls and idk how to tell my parents.. and there’s this one girl who’s really great and pretty and nice who i will call caitlin and i kinda wanna ask her out/tell her how i feel bit i have to tell my parents i like girls first 😭 🏳️🌈 but idk if they would react well they might like look thru my ipad and texts or just say i’m too young to know that or smth they’re not unsupportive just not always the best. but i really like her and she’s not the only girl i’ve ever liked so i know it’s not just a weird phase. i honestly don’t even know if i should tell her tho bc i don’t think she likes me back ummm what should i dojust gonna tag my friends here if y’all have any advice @srimpy @nonhuman @Aussie_Izz @ChaosZone @hollow_log @kindcat |

Umm...so I would just see how she feels before you do anything really like see how she acts around you and stuff but also if you don’t want to tell your parents cuz you don’t know how they’re going to react maybe tell the one that you feel most comfortable with telling first an$ ask them to tell the other one? Idk about this stuff but yeh I hope this helps

ok first, u don’t owe ur parents anything. if u don’t wanna come out to them u have no reason to do so. second, tell her u like her and there’s no pressure for her to reciprocate. third, say u wanna keep being friends and wanted to tell her so u can know or move on. if u genuinely r worried that she would tell ur parents and they would take it more poorly than they already did, DON’T TELL HER!!!! other than that, shoot ur shot at least u can know and stop being anxious about it

@srimpy that’s a good idea my dad is by far better abt this so ye. also i’m pretty sure she doesn’t like me but idk bc i’m the only person in our group she actually talks to but like she doesn’t ever rlly look at me or text me first idk me is confused

@hollow_log ok that’s rlly good advice. i’m pretty sure she’s bi (she has a sweater weather playlist and rlly likes heartstopper) so she wouldn’t tell my parents also she has no way to get ahold of them. yea i don’t rlly owe my parents anything that’s true lol given how they act abt this sometimes
