Hi! I don't know if this is the best forum-category to post this in, or if it would better fit "Site & App" or "Requests", but here's an idea:In the ACEO-community, we have a thread where the last post is always a request for something. For Braceletbook it would be a request for a pattern. Then, a person can take the request by replying that they want to make the pattern. Then they one week to upload and link to it. After it has been posted, this person can now make a request for a pattern they would like someone else to make, and so on and so forth. There are a lot more details and rules that go into it, on the ACEO-sites, but since I don't quite know if it's a viable idea for Braceletbook at all, I don't wanna overload this post with even more text. I just wanted to put the idea out there and see what you guys think. I don't feel like have the right to start anything like this either way, since I'm fairly new here. No worries if it's a stupid idea; you can tell me honestly what you think! |

This is definitely a cool idea 🙂 It would really add a social aspect to requesting patterns It is not strictly necessary because users can request patterns at any time they like in the request section of the forum, but I really like the social aspect of it! Feel free to start a chain like that in the "request" section because that is the section where patterns usually get requested "community" might also be a fitting section because of the social aspect, but I think you are more likely to find people who want to participate in a chain like that by posting in "request" |

If I ever dare, I might start such a thread, then. But you're right that it's probably not going to be popular since you can just ask for a pattern anyway...
