As someone who enjoys doing challenges, I have noticed certain things that pull me into doing challenges over others. And I wanted to share them in case anyone was wondering why their challenges weren’t getting as many participants. I do want to say that using these aren’t going to guarantee a lot of participants, but i have noticed that for myself, I tend to gravitate towards these more so.1) Different Fonts/Color/Emojis -> I noticed for myself that the ones with color and a lot of emojis and such catch my eye better and Im more inclined to open up the challenge. 2) Information already put upfront -> I personally won’t really join a challenge that doesn’t have that much information about how it works…. but that quite possibly could be me 3) Uniqueness ~> If the challenge has an interesting title… for example i’ve seen challenges based around cooking shows and such. Or a different type of theme of challenge, I tend to want to join those challenges because of its uniqueness 4) Having a Prize -> Having incentive to a challenge makes it more appealing since there’s a goal+something to be won. Of course, I have seen challenges that do very well without most of these things, so I’m not saying that these are a must to have a successful challenge. And these don’t apply to everyone, but I have noticed myself gravitate to these challenges. If anyone has any other ideas to add to the list, or correct what I said, please feel free! |
