hey so I got a date to homecoming, and I’m super happy and excited to go with him, but I haven’t told my parents that I’m going with someone. I don’t think they’ll be mad, but I’m still nervous about telling them. It’s someone who I like and he also likes me back. We’re not technically dating yet but we’re not going as friends. I think my parents might already know bc he’s been to my house a few times and he’s the only guy I’ve ever had over. And my mom also asked if I was interested in anyone the other day while we were in the car. I want to tell her but it’s kinda personal and not embarrassing but like awkward. Idk what to do…Any advice?

my parents are like this too. my brother is going to hoco with this girl he likes and he told them and they were pretty chill abt it so i think it’ll be fine. i hope everything works out fine! 💛
