ok so for the last few weeks every morning when im going to school my heartbeat is like 120- im pretty sure it will eventually go down but ive also been having random anxiety attacks about school stuff. if any of yall has any advice pls LMKK!!

Try to do something relaxing before you leave. Deep breaths and drinking water help in that moment

maybe ask your doctor about it next time you go to the doctor or talk to a counselor at school? Taking deep breaths is supposed to help, just take them SLOWLY. maybe, if you can, when you think you're going to start panicking/having an anxiety attack, try to separate yourself from others? I hope it gets better soon!

i used to get panic attacks but when i did i would play my favorite songs and i know this is gonna sound strange but i had this really good smelling lip balm and i would put that on and it would help Mr calm down
