ok so idrk how to say this and make it make sense so i’m gonna try my best. recently i’ve been wondering if i’m asexual. i’ve realized now that i’m getting older that my friends like people and they feel a way i’ve never felt about ANYONE! i’ve thought i’ve liked people before but i think i just see everyone having crushes and bf/gf i felt like i had to like people as well. i know there is asexual and aromantic and i’m not 100% sure i know “exactly” what they are. (ofc i know that asexual is sexual feelings and aromantic is romantic feelings) if anyone has any tips on how to figure out if i am i would appreciate it soo much! it’s gotten to the point where one of my friends asked one of my other friends if i was asexual. tysm in advance!

heyy what i would say is that maybe your a bit of both if not more romantic and less ace cause if ur asexual (ace) then u don't have any sexual attraction towards somebody but still would like someone just without the desire for the sexualness of a relationship. and if your aro (aromantic) then you feel no romantic feelings towards any one girl boy nonbinary whatever so if your telling me that you've never had a crush i would say aro if your telling me that you have had a crush but never imagined... uh how do put this anything more than kissing i guess than i would say ace. i hope this helps if u want to talk more about it my pm's are always open!

@sb-creator tysm! i would say i’ve never really felt romantic attraction before. obviously i’ve thought people were good looking but i’ve never had romantic attraction. and i’ve never had sexual feelings either. i wouldn’t mind kissing people but anything more than that i just never felt the “urge” ig. so idrk but again thank you so much!

yea no problem i have a best friend and their ace and aro but still have a gf and they were able to make it work without the "urge" or any romantic feelings if that makes any sense it just like you kinda have to find your person and see how it goes from their! |

yea np i love to help LGBTQIA+ members and figuring out your sexuality and the neauances of it is tricky and self identity and awareness is sooo super important because you want to be proud about yourself!
