I am super excited because we are getting a two month old husky and (judging by the pics we have seen) he is super cute. It was a bit of a last minute thing but since we have everything we need (except for a collar) we decided to go for it. When it comes to names we are between London, Boston, Thor, Manchester (Chester for short), Ragnar and Ghost. (We kinda have a city inspired theme for pet names) but please vote for which name you like the most and maybe give other suggestions. Thank you for reading this, I am just very excited, it feels like a dream

About three weeks ago Chester broke his femur and it has been a mess. I have been sleeping with him every day and every morning he wakes up before six, sometimes he wakes up in the middle of the night and I need to take him to the bathroom. Today he woke up at 4:00 a.m. I am very fond of him and he is very cute, but he is also very whiny and dramatic. He also cannot be left alone otherwise he starts whining and the neighbors might complain(and would be justified since he is very loud). We have another dog who also broke his paw when he was a puppy, but we realize what a saint he is, because he was so much easier to take care of than Chester. I also feel bad for Chester, because overall he is not a bad dog, I have just grown very tired of him, and I do not think he can entirely understand why he cannot run and play like he used to. We will still have to take care of him for five more weeks. Thank you for reading, I just wanted to vent. If you want to adopt a husky I would very much recommend you take into consideration that they are very whiny.
