I would walk up to him and say hey I have been wanting to tell you this for a while now….. I like you and I was hoping you felt the same way if not I understand and was hoping we could still be close friends if you like I hope it goes well

I did it over text and I still don’t know if I got rejected or not because he said that he “doesn’t believe me” so I probably wouldn’t be much help lol
