So I had this problem with a boy, and it was bad like family and cops got involved- if you wanna know them PM me. But anyways 😅 I have gifts from him. Two gifts and I'm already having a hard time getting over him which is dumb because like I said a big situation happened. Anyways one of the gifts is a sock monkey and the other a very expensive bracelet. But here's the thing, idk what to do with them. The sock monkey I was just gonna throw away but the bracelet idk bc it's expensive but I can't just regift it, idk how to sell it cause my parents don't know I have it, and I shouldn't feel bad but I do, and idk if I should keep it but it'll be like a constant reminder of it, the relationship wasn't all bad but it ended horribly, anyways my sister who's like 3 years younger than me thinks I should keep it but idk and I'm trying to figure out what to do before she gets back :/

@xc2024 I could try that, although it's already out of sight but it's still like haunting me ig, the monkey is in my closet and the bracelet in a box my mind just is iffy lol, thank you

If you can somehow get to a consignment shop or pawn shop you can have them sell the bracelet for you. That way you get the money and you never have too think about the bracelet.

Do you have any friends that can drive? If not tell your parents that you are hanging out with a friend and need to be dropped off at (restaurant near consignment shop) then after they leave go to the shop. Or you could tell them you are thrifting with your friends, that way when they drop you off you aren’t lying.
