I originally joined braceletbook so that I use scrap yarn to make tapestries and colorwork in crochet. Now, since I've learned how to make bracelets, I use it for both.

During the time I was making this I actually didnt know what xx meant but still thought to use it and gily came from my old Roblox user lmao. I don't think I've regretted anything more than making such a cringe username in my entire life.

So at the summer camp I go to none of the councilors use their real names, instead they pick the name of a bird, so all the girls in my cabin were like "if the councilors get bird names then why don't we pick animal names" so we all picked names for each other and I was lynx for the week. I was kind of in a rush when I did my username and just 'lynx' was to boring so I added the 123. I now realize that it is really cringey and I wish I could change it 😂

I have been WAITING so long for somebody to as this. So my name is crystal which isn't the name I had at birth but its the one that everybody calls me now and I've really started theming things around gems and my username shiny gems is a gemstone like name. I like to collect gems but I don't think that they can heal people or things like that but there kinda a common theme in my life.
