I’m considering setting up a Etsy shop this summer.I would appreciate if you would answer the following questions What do you sell? What percent of your sales price is profit? How hard is it for you to get packaging? Do you do free shipping or not? How many sales have you had? How many years have you been using it? Thanks in advance |

Hello!! I sell vinyl decals but I'm working on adding bracelets. I'm not sure exactly what percentage of my sales is profit since I buy the vinyl in rolls in and just use a little bit for an order. I also bought all my shipping stuff in the beginning and stupidly forgot to write down how much the envelopes cost. It's pretty easy for me to get packaging since what I'm selling is light enough (and I think bracelets will be too but I'm not sure) that I don't need to use the post office and can just mail them from my house using biggish envelopes. I don't have free shipping but I found Ety's automatic shipping was generally expensive (like $3-4) so I set a fixed shipping rate of a dollar to cover the envelopes and stamps. I have had around 50 sales. I've been using it just over a year. I hope that helped and good luck with ur potential shop!! 😄 |

-I sell friendship bracelets particularly anime and LGBT pride stuff- Like 3/4? I’m honestly not sure 😅 - Easy! I just use bubble mailers I got on Amazon - only for orders 35$ and up - 38 on site but a couple others via PayPal for customs -since January 2021 so a little over a year but I’ve only gotten serious over the last 6 months Hope these help and good luck! |
