@Denver My family is also Christian homeschoolers, we use ACE or accelerated Christian Education. It is also used at some private schools. 🙂

@_VernyKnot I am kinda in the same boat there. You can try asking your parents about joining a co-op or going to a summer camp, I have made friends doing that. Joining a club or a group of some kind can also help. Also trying to get a pen-pal might help. Lol problems of homeschooling.I don't know if that made any sense or not but I hope it helped! 🙂 |

Do you enjoy being homeschooled? Do you have fun being homeschooled? Are you parents strict or sheltering, or are they lenient? Do you have friends? If so what is your main place to hang out with your buddies? Do you get tired of your home? What state do you live in? Are you in the middle of nowhere, country, suburbs, or city?

I have so many more lol… how often do you go out of your house? How often do you experience human interaction socially outside of your family? Do you feel awkward on public? What are your opinions on BLM and LGBTQPIA+ rights? Do you wish you went to school? If so, what would you rather do: co-op, Christian School, Private School, or Public School? What are the pros and cons of a homeschooled life? Do you know any other homeschoolers in your area? Are you very close relationally to your siblings or are you not so close? Have you ever been outside of your state? Country? If you could go anywhere where would you go? If you could speak any other language what would it be? Do you parents allow you access to the internet? YouTube? Netflix? Social Media? How is your mental state? Sorry if these questions might be a little personal you don’t have to answer all of them 😂

Is homeschooling a good fit for you? How would you rate it 1-10? Do your parents homeschool you and if so, do they enjoy it? Is it easier to focus for you at home or in a classroom? Do you learn more and get more done at home on your own time? Or rather in a classroom amongst peers?

I enjoy homeschooling. Yes, I have fun, for example this week my mom bought us some some flower seeds and we planted them. Even though my parents are a bit strict and sheltering they are not extreme and I understand and agree with them. I do not have many friends and although homeschooling is a part of it the pandemic, the fact we recently moved and the fact I am more introverted definitely contribute. I usually get together with my one friend in church or since our parents are very good friends at my house or a mutual friends’ house. I do get a little tired of being in my home but my parents do make an effort to spend time with us and we really enjoy being with them. I live in Mexico (I know it is not a state but I would rather not give that info 😊). I live in a medium city. Outside my family we go to church each Sunday and usually on Wednesdays to but I do not get much interaction with people my age. I personally do feel awkward in public, yet I think it is more me than homeschooling (my younger brother has never gone to an actual school yet he is very social and regularly makes new friends). I believe BLM is important because unfortunately black people suffer criticism, but the reason Black Lives Matter is ALL lives matter and God has established sanctity of human life, regardless of ethnicity, skin color, etc. I partly do want to go to school but I would rather keep doing homeschooling. If I would go to school I would opt for Christian School. Pros: flexibility, education based on your beliefs, the price is definitely much better, there are many more I can not think of at the moment. Cons: lack of social interaction, lack of discipline in schedules (that is a pro and con). We were very surprised to see how many homeschoolers are in our church (I do not know if it is the area in general or just our church). I have become closer to my younger brothers and even if we fight and we sometimes get tired of each other we are quite close. To live or to visit? Either French or Italian. I have been outside my state and country, and we “regularly” leave my state to visit my family which live an hour away. Yes they allow me to be on the internet, but very limited (which I consider good). YouTube:no Netflix:yes (but they trust me with what I watch and I am careful not to betray their trust) Social media:no but because I am still young (almost 13) My mental state is good and although I sometimes feel lonely I take comfort in Jesus.@xX_dlb_Xx hopefully this helps I answered the questions in the order I read them.
