i was super tired, had chills, body aches, a headache and my arm was pretty sore.what side effects did y’all get from the booster shot? |

I got a bruise cause I forgot to rub that area, otherwise none

i was super exhausted and achy the day after i got the booster, but the day after that i felt perfectly fine 🙂

I felt fine the day I got the booster other than my arm being sore immediately. That night I couldn't sleep and was getting chills. I couldn't even sit up without feeling light headed. I stayed in bed all day and watched youtube and twitch. the next day I felt better but was still not 100%

I’m getting my booster on Thursday but with my original doses the only side effects I got was a sore arm for a few hours. It’s the same dose as your 2nd shot I’m pretty sure, so I don’t think I should have any problems.

Yeah, you poor thing. My dad doesn’t get side affects but my mom does. And my grandmother gets chills for a long time

@xc2024, you run xc and distance too. maybe that is what makes the side effects worse for us

I was fine after my booster shot. The only one where I had side effects was my second vaccination where I felt a bit rough (tired and freezing) the next day but that might have been because I was outside in the rain for a while in the evening 😂

@Somerandom now that i think about it, most of the xc girls weren’t at practice the day after getting their booster.

@Somerandom i love to race the 3000/3200 but i race the 1600 and 800 too. when it comes to watching events 4x4 and pole vault are my favorite but i don’t do either unless they got way too far down on the 4x4 list. i can’t run a fast 400 if my life depended on it

I got my booster shot last night!!! My arm is a little sore but not as bad as the flu shot. I feel normal otherwise. It was totally worth it!!
