hi everyone,i would like to start selling my bracelets via instagram, but i have one small doubt. can i sell bracelets with patterns i haven't created? is it ethical? i'm not only talking about basic patterns like candy stripe or chevron, but also about more complicated alpha patterns commissioned by potential clients. how should i handle this? thanks in advance for all your help! |

oh, i would like to also sell some alpha patterns of my choice, just to fill my shop. i obviously know i would have to credit the author of the pattern, but should i even sell them in the first place?

You can't sell the patterns themselves, but the patterns on bb are for public use which means you are free to make bracelets using the patterns and sell them. If you are really worried you can always ask the person who made the pattern if you can use it to make something and sell your creation.to put it simply: you can't sell the pattern but you can sell a bracelet or keychain you have made with the pattern. |
