in the FAQ it explains it but if you have access to ur email you can use the "forgotten password" thing and reset it

unfortunately we can’t really do anything 🙁 i would recommend just continuing to use this account and if your cousin eventually lets you reset the password, then you can do that if you want to. sorry there isn’t really anything we can do for you here
