i sort of soak in them. sometimes im having a bad day bc i didn’t get enough sleep or i have been thinking of a past thing from months ago. depending on the situation, ill be aware of why it feels like that, and if it doesn’t apply in my present day, ill think something along the lines of “this is affected my day and the world im in NOW” and sometimes it makes me feel better. but i try to recognize it first before pushing it away, bc that usuallY make me feel worse. other times, ill talk to someone about it. ill tell my parents, or my best friend and be like “hey im kind of sad rn” and they’re really supportive, so idk if you feel that you can talk to your family about it. it doesn’t have to be deep, it could really just be like “im sad and idk why.” i usually tell people that it’ll go away, but idk if you can do the same, but that’s what i do. or listening to music helps me as well. usually if i wanna feel happier, ill turn up the music in my headphones and then dance around the house lol. usually more upbeat songs, but they’re not necessarily all happy, but like they’re fun to dance to lol. it’s strangely beneficial

I normally find a private spot and think on them or write them down and cry. This really helps me. I do keep a journal but some of the stuff I don’t want others to read so I shrewd it or lock my journal...

Another thing I do is if it is something I’m okay with telling some people about I’ll try and find someone to talk to or distract me.

i usually just cry. i know it may not be the best but it really makes you feel better. if you’re not in the situation where you can cry or if you don’t want to have red puffy eyes so everyone knows you’ve been crying, i would recommend going to a trusted friend, parent or teacher and telling them what’s on your mind

I personally use a bullet journal to track my triggers and my emotions.

So… I have had a lot of anxiety struggles in the past year or two. I know it’s not an option to everyone, but therapy is great help! Your health insurance may cover it or not. If you can’t afford it or get an appointment at a place that is good for you, it also helps to talk to a trusted friend or family member. (Teachers also work, but I’m not comfortable with doing that. Maybe your different though.) Sometimes you need to just get it out, so cry until you feel better. Also a great way to help us by getting in the fresh air or doing something you love. I hope this helps!
