I broke my bracket with floss the day before my appointment. I was flossing my teeth and the floss started to come apart and then somehow managed to tangle around the bracket. I tried untangling it and pulled too hard and it popped right off. When I looked at it the bracket was in the middle of a huge knot of floss. That was my bracket story. 😅

I'm currently wearing braces and I'm about halfway through my sentence lol. I've eaten almost everything that they tell you not to, even whole apples. As long as you're careful you won't break anything 😂 After a while I just got used to my gums catching on my gums and it doesn't bother me anymore. But one thing that I'm super worried about is if my teeth will be yellow when I get them off. i hope not!
