Hey!!I just got on to my schools varsity winter guard AH. But Iโve never done it. Iโve been on the team for about 4 weeks with practices two days a week. But Iโm still having issues with the basic things like drop spins and thumb flips. Not to mention 45s. Does anyone have any tips? Or just a funny guard story!! |
