because everyone is like "oh look, a community forum thing on a bracelet making website. hmmm. should i put anything related to bracelets on here? nahhhhhhhh i'm just going to put something about crushes instead so i can read all about everyone's crush drama or tell everyone about my crush yayyyyyy" it makes perfect sense

To me it’s just because for most people using bracelet book (10-16 I believe) is in a kind of a phase where most people are starting to feel romantic attractions towards others. It’s a part of growing and, speaking from personal experience, it constitutes a pretty large portion of your thoughts throughout the day. In that sense it’s pretty important to a lot of people here and it’s a thing that people relate to so why not 🙂
