I'll talk to people and then after I pick apart everything I said. I had a coworker say she got shingles and won't be in and I responded that sucks I feel you I've had it before. After I decided I made it all about me, basically how dare I have a normal conversation.I have three different disorders that cause me to be anxious. Yay. |
