Also I have found if u want to wear something lighter colored then wear a pair of athletic skins underneath ur pants because in the event u have started it would add another barrier between ur clothes and underwear. I have also found that it gives me a more confident feeling if I am wearing a dress. Feel free to dm me on here if u have any more questions ๐Ÿ™‚. Also DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND AVOID SUPER SALTY FOODS (it will help keep bloating at bay)

For some reason I always get really moody after my period. And usually don't get cramps. I guess I'm lucky in that way. Thou i have had some cramps these past months. Chocolate helps me. Idk why. โค๏ธ ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ‘

So i just got my first one maybe a week or two ago and I didn't have the spotting but I did have discharge for a long time beforehand, I think around as long as you have had it. Again, as other people have suggested, always keep a pad or something in your backpack if ur at school or something like that.

@braceletmk @JedaKnots @Thunder344 @Katie-Kat1 @9thbest @Godluvsu @mia_queen @Chaty_Chun @Elise64 thank you for the help! I think it might have just been a false alarm this time because itโ€™s been almost a week and I still havenโ€™t gotten it and the cramps are getting less.

Hey Iโ€™m not a girl but Iโ€™m afab so I have periods! But basically thatโ€™s called spotting! And itโ€™s kinda like a little bit of a period before a period! Itโ€™s 100% normal and is nothing to worry about!

Iโ€™m sorry! I know that they are really hard and painful. I canโ€™t really give any advice, but I know that you should just take it easy and donโ€™t worry. Mine is always awful. Also, heating blankets and Advil are great to have around. You are going to be fine. Good luck.๐Ÿ‘

hi, idk if its been said yet, but after your first period you normally dont have a 'schedule'
after i had my first it took more than 2 months before i had it again, so dont be scared of that
some people (like me) have a very unclear schedule, some people have one that just makes a lot of sense

i dont really know if i had the spot thing, but dont worry, youll be fine
the first time i had mine it was just very light and brown-ish blood (also not a problem, brown blood just means its older blood, red means its fresher blood)
ive heard a lot of people say their first period was like that so i thought it might help you

if you ever have any more questions dont be afraid to ask ((:

Thatโ€™s exactly what happened to me! The only thing thatโ€™s a bit of a tension during these times is leaks or uncomfortable sanitary napkins, so you donโ€™t need to worry! If you get any cramps around the lower stomach, doing light yoga really helps. Take care sister โค๏ธ
