all i can advise is drinking lots of water, maybe go for a run or do some exercise, that helps me (:

I normally do yoga that helps with cramps in the lower stomach like child’s pose, and reaching forward in straddle. Actually, that’s what I’m doing rn 😂 I’m going through my monthly cycle and my camps got rly bad and so I decided to do some stretches. You can watch YouTube tutorials and stuff to help you see what kind of yoga works for you. But make sure to drink LOTS of water afterward cuz that helps to maintain the energy and relief you just gained. Also, just wanted to mention that u should be stocked up with a full pouch of toiletries you carry everywhere, and to limit fast food and junk food at this time becuz we can’t risk food poisoning on top of all the pain we’re going though rn 😅 hope this helps!

Usually cramps mean there's a big blood "clot up" in a way. Like I get cramps right before a lot of blood comes out. This is just for me I don't know if anyone can relate or anything, but my tip is to go to the washroom and really loosen up. And of course drink water too.Another thing that helps is warming up my hand and pressing it down on my abdomen. It helps my body relax and relieve the pain a bit. Hope this helps! |

The nurse may have heating pads,if those help you! Though this is a little difficult to do in class, certain postions/stretches really help me. I hope you're back home and cozy now!
