Hey you lovely person reading this <3
I'm seeking some help right now from those people with great advice ๐Ÿ˜„
So at school there's one girl we'll call her Holly (no offense to anyone named Holly i'm sure you're a great person ๐Ÿ˜…) and she's been bullying me for atleast 2 years now, I don't really know what to do about her ๐Ÿ˜ฌ And Holly is always being SO MEAN to everyone, she's rude, she yells at people all the time (including our teacher!!) and nobody ever does anything about it. Everytime anyone's tried to do anything about Holly she makes them look like they're the problem and that they should be the one in trouble. I tried talking to my teacher about her and I told him about everything Holly's done to me, but she just denied everything! And the problems haven't even been solved! I'm not even sure what to do anymore she's just making me so miserable, I don't want to go to school some days and I don't even want to leave the house anymore. Some people have suggested talking to the deputy Principal or the head of grade 8 (which is the person that manages most issues of people that are in grade 8 and they are in quite a high level of leadership for our school). If you have any suggestions on what I should do or any ways you could help me feel better about this please reply to this forum page or pm me.
Thanks so much for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day/night <3 xoxo

Hey man! Iโ€™m so sorry this is happening to you.
Ideally we would all like to believe that when we ignore them and work on self love (which is great!), but realistically speaking, a lot more must be done.
Since telling that teacher doesnโ€™t help, have you tried talking to others? If not, maybe seeing a counsellor and talking to them about it? From what I understand from my school (I donโ€™t live in UK or US), things only get heard when itโ€™s escalated out of the classroom.
The other thing I would recommend is signing a petition. Since โ€˜Hollyโ€™ has offended multiple people, it should be okay to rally many of them together.
Speaking from experience, my class once had a teacher who would say very inappropriate comments during lessons, and we were in an all girls school. A few of my friends and I voice-recorded his lessons without him knowing and forwarded them to the principal. He was removed the next month.
Another time, I have gathered over 50 people from multiple classes to petition for changes in a curriculum for a particular subject. We emailed the principal, the head of department, and ccโ€™ed other relevant teachers. Within the next week we had 2 open discussions about the curriculum and they immediately promised changes.
Therefore, I strongly believe in strength in numbers. I am also a strong believer that someone like โ€˜Hollyโ€™ needs to learn to take some consequences of her actions. If you can get some parents to weigh in on the matter, it would probably be even better. Giving specific examples and any evidence (eg. Screenshots of anything she said online, or multiple personal accounts of interactions with her) would probably also help.
All the best! I hope this will end for you soon โค๏ธ โค๏ธ
