hi @SummerBird@ GenMalucci Hardest part is outling the 3 act story structure for my protagonist(s). How about you? Are you a plotter or pantser? On a more positive note what is the best part about writing? The best part for me is having someone read your work and enjoy it. |

I used to be a pantser, but for most of my current projects there is so much depth that I need to write it down and plot it out more. I think finding dialogue that fits is the hardest for me, and giving each character their own personality and uniqueness, all too often I find myself using repetitive content. Best part is probably getting to escape the current world, or getting helpful and constructive criticism, I don’t like it when people say my work is good just to not hurt my feelings or whatever, I like constructive criticism cause it helps build the story up.

I am a writer 🙂I feel like the hardest part is world-building. I usually write high fantasies so creating a new world from scratch is super time-consuming. Oh and creating magic systems. It just lasts days and days of me mulling over what to incorporate, if I want to make it this or that and in the end it's usually just a piece of trash 😂 But my favourite part is creating the characters, making them human, giving them personalities, and flaws and whatnot. It's just an amazing experience in the end. Constructive crtiticism? Pffff. My ego says otherwise. |

@Iggy_ I don’t often ask for criticism cause I think my writing is bad lol. But when I get constructive criticism it is kind of helpful (sometimes lol)

@GenMalucci don't get me wrong; I love criticism. I prefer having it when my story is finished, not in progress, since it makes me want to give up halfway through. It's just my stress levels that go WAYYYY out of hand when you wait for their feedback!
