I'm reading the second book in the bloody jack series right now and I would recommend the first one! (by L.A. Meyer) Its about an orphan girl in 18th century London who disguises herself as a boy to become a ships boy for the royal navy. I really liked how her character still has a feminine side. the age rating says 12+ but I would definitely say 15+. TWs: death, attempted sexual assault, hanging. There are some other books I like which I don't remember quite well enough to give trigger warnings but I will list them here: The mermaid the witch and the sea by Maggie Tokuda-Hall, Watership down by Richard Adams, Salt to the Sea by Ruta Sepetys, The Fountains of silence by Ruta Sepetys (again lol) I hope you are interested in some of these!

@PaigeEmily I really like it when they have to disguise as a dude😄 I remember something like that happening in a book call The burning sky ( I can't remember who its by) and the girl has to hide in a private school for boys and she does it so well but she's also super direct as well. I should probably finish reading the series (whoops😅) |

The second book I listed one of the main characters also pretends to be a boy on a ship lol (a common theme Ig) plus she forms a queer relationship with the other main character ❤️ 🙈

The red Queen books! The first one is the best and honest could be a stand alone if you don’t have time to read 5 books. It’s about a world divide by red blood and sliver blood. Sliver has power red doesn’t. But the book follows a red blood girl who has magic. Most the characters are cool bad butts and there’s a morally grey hot dark haired prince

'How to Love' by Katie Cotugno. It's pretty much about the before and after of the main character meeting a boy and him running away after she has his child, only for him to stir up trouble by coming back 3 years later.

^ I tried not to say anything that wasn't written at the back of the book to avoid spoilers 😂

If you're into romance then I would definitely recommend the kissed by an angel trilogy by Elizabeth Chandler. But a good mystery/thriller series is the Lockwood and Company series. Which is by far one of my favorites.
