also i think someone said this already but like how boys can litteraly walk around schools in the most inappropriate clothes and then if a girl wears shirts that show even the smallest amount of skin they get dresscoded. although at my school all the pretty, skinny, popular girls can wear crop tops 24-7 and be fine but if a girl who isn't "perfect" body wise wears litterally the exact same shirt, they get dresscoded! that happened to my friend and i was so pissed but i couldent do anything because then i would get introuble ( for standing up to body shaming ). it is the most rediculas thing ever!!!!!😠

no one is perfect, you girls are all beautiful in your own unique way and you should never be ashamed of yourself in any way! i just meant to say what society thinks is perfect for a girl. i just thought i would clarify that because it seemed a bit rude when i re-read it! you are amazing! dont forget that!

the way ppl think gurls should look/act like the media has put out like idk what to call it like model of what every gurl should look like and be like but that's not it gurls always think there fat or too skinny or too short or to tall cause they don't fit up to the standards of other ppl and i don't matter what anyone tells u when u get it in your head oh im fat oh im to skinny then you're nvr happy w ur body and you'll always try to change who you are and you get stressed out until u can't take no more then u don't give a crap and u don't take care of you're self in anymore

so i know this prob doesnt happen to just girls but does anyone else go to lets say a camp with their friend and they make new friends there but they dont want to hang out with ur friend you brought to camp and u just have no idea who to hang out with? it happens all the time to me cause i am always making new friends at camp and stuff. also i know that this was already mentioned but SCHOOL DRESS CODES annoy me soooo much mostly fingertip length shorts like i dont own fingertip length shorts they are impossible to find nowadays i live on those athletic type shorts and i cant wear them to school because they are too short so i have to wear ugly biker short things underneath those shorts if i wanna wear them which is sooooo annoying.

I hate how when i go to the store to buy shirts, there are so many crop tops!! i understand that many girls like wearing them, but I don't. IT DRIVES ME NUTS CAUSE THEN I CAN"T FIND ANYTHING!!! All I ask is for there to be a section of full length shirts... is that so hard???

ok so basically my issue is that ppl assume I am skinny and therefore weak, and I'm like uhh excuse u I train gymnastics 20 hours a week and I bet u can't even do a backflip!! I never say that though bc I'm shy...

idk if its just me but not being comfortable in school during shark week. i always have to hide my stuff to get to the bathroom and even tho i dont need to hide it bc its a natural thing for all girls, i feel embarrassed ..

When boys comment on a girls body in a creepy way. There are some REALLY bad things going on in my school regarding this. It’s happened to me and a lot of other girls. It drives me crazy. People need to teach boys to respect girls and not view them as objects they can control. And the dress codes and how they target girls and not boys, it’s so stupid. The teachers really can’t teach boys to control themselves? And I don’t understand how showing my shoulders is going to “distract them from learning”. It’s a shoulder. EVERYONE HAS THEM! It’s just really aggravating.

And how everything in stores is either made for size zero girls and cropped. And pink. Like, where are the normal length shirts and the larger shirts? I can never find anything anymore when I go shopping. And then all the dresses for homecoming are so short and have so much cleavage. I’m just not comfortable with showing that much of my body.

@weirdkiddo omg yes I hate that and a lot of it’s a light color which isn’t great bc we have thing called periods and the darker ones are bad. So I get a lot of my clothes from the men’s section because they have cool designs and it’s feels comfortable
