My mom and I run a small business together via IG where she sells mainly papercrafts and then I decided that I'll start making bracelets / wall hangings to sell as well. I posted a pic and a vid the other day and it hardly got any likes even though we have lots of followers 😭 But then I saw someone else selling daisy chains and she got soo many more likes (and has less followers than us). Does anyone have any tips on how to gain more traction with posting on IG? thanks! ❤️ |

I don’t have instagram, but ai lnow that posting frequently tends to work for people on yt (based on videos i’ve seen on how to get a lot of subscribers quick).

You can try putting a ton of tags on each of your posts. (Make sure to keep them somewhat relevant to the actual post) This helps gain exposure so more people can find your small business!

@nev_m_07 Thanks! I'll try to make a content schedule and see if it can also work for IG 😊

@plant-dad that's a good idea thanks! I'll defo add more hashtags / maybe tag some other small business accounts so they see my posts 😊
