Should the back of the alpha be cut or not like the strings in the back I always cut them for a cleaner back, but I’ve seen some that don’t cut them. Not cutting them makes the knot tight and is less work so you don’t have the fuzzy ends. Anyway to cut or not to cut?

@bmoleslie I personally don't like to cut the strings in the back but I've observed that my wall hangings get tighter because of that so I plan on making them a bit looser to begin with. So I say that you can also make the knots looser to begin with or you can cut the strings if you're okay with the strings poking out (for that you can just spread a bit of clear nail polish or glue on the strings)

I usually cut the strings on the back and I don’t always put glue or anything to secure it because bracelets are already made out of knots, so the chances of it coming undone are pretty low. I don’t wear my bracelets though, so I’m not sure if that’s a factor as to why they don’t come apart, but if the strings are really bothering you, I would suggest cutting them
