One of my biggest is Where ever you want to turn, turn your shoulders in that direction and look past your shoulders in the same direction your shoulders are turned.Also, be sure to keep your core tight. Hope it goes well! ๐๐๐น |

easier to steer with your feet going horizontal on the skateboard. that was smth i screwed up on the first few times skateboardin. get started w ur floor vertical and then when u start ridin down turn ur feet horizontal. u get a lot better control that way.

start on a (very) small hill to help you get the hang of moving๐ it may be cheating but i think it helps and itโs more fun that way haha

practice kick turns and stuff on grass so you donโt fall on the concrete and injure yourself at first(i have no experience with that lmao)

If you havenโt started learning at all yet, you may be confused on the positions your feet should be in on the skateboard. I havenโt skateboarded in a while, but Iโm pretty sure that when you first get on the skateboard, you should put your feet vertically on the skateboard so you can push off with your foot, and then you have to turn your feet so theyโre facing horizontally. to turn, you need to kind of lean in the direction that you want to turn, and sometimes you will have to loosen a bolt on the skateboard for it to work, Iโm not sure which one right now though. and if your skateboard makes cracking sounds, you will need to loosen that bolt and if it is squeaky, you need to tighten it or i can send u the tutorial I used. sorry i know most of this doesnโt make any sense lol you can tag me or message me if you have any questions.
