Hello! I run track MS track, I mostly do longer distances like 800 and the mile. I really like running those events, I’m not great at sprints

Sorry, sent that too early. I don’t run on a cross country team, (where I live, we don’t have one) but I do run some trail series on a course that’s timed!

I do cross country and track and I really like them both! For track I like shorter distances the best😀
