So my mom just signed me up for drivers Ed, and I’m sooo nervous about it! Could y’all tell me what to expect?

Expect boring classes on safety and rules of the road. Expect either a paper or computerized test over what you learned. Expect getting in a test vehicle with an instructor who will have control over the breaks. Expect to be talked to while you drive, reminding you to follow various rules of the road, stop at stop signs, look before turning, etc. As long as you follow what you learn in the classes, you should be fine. Some places have simulators that you can use before testing in an actual vehicle. My advice: Do some prior study, pay attention to how your parents drive, and get plenty of sleep the night before your classes. Don't be afraid of failing and trying again. |

@roundcat thank you! That helps a lot! Now I found out that one of my best friends might take it at the same time, so now I’m kinda excited.

Your drivers test is going to be much more stressful than your classes so save your worry for your road test.

I’m not old enough to drive but if I did I would hit 5 people and damage the car and most likely accidentally drive of a cliff 👍

I’m 14 last year I drove a car in a empty parking lot. It’s not that hard.
