This is actually my first year participating in pride month. Unfortunately, the country I'm in still hasn't begun vaccinating people my age, and we have in the middle of a Covid surge since late April, so the pride event in the nearest city has been canceled, and it's still too dangerous to hang out with my friends.So instead I've been focusing in making pride bracelets for me and my friends. https://imgur.com/oSh4FMt (My completed bracelets) https://imgur.com/No78I9R (Current work in progress) https://imgur.com/QDI4rfd (For my LGBT+ friends) My goal is to have a bracelet for every pride flag that represents me by the end of the month (Asexual, Nonbinary, Agender, Genderqueer, Panromantic, etc.) I'm still a beginner, and can still only do candy stripes and chevrons with consistency. The Nonbinary bracelet was actually a gift from a friend last Christmas. The Agender one will be the first more complex design I attempt. |

@crafter83 Yep. This site has actually been a god send for me. Now I have a new hobby where I get to create, and I have an outlet where I can express my pride even in the middle of an emergency, and in a country that isn't outright hostel, but isn't fully understanding of the LGBT+ community.Btw, these have been some of my favorite designs. #90384 #93294 #89680 #91966 Shout out for @halokiwi 's amazing alphas and designs, and for @KrazyKnotz ' posting these amazing patterns on a near daily basis. |

so i was looking up lgbtq+ memes in Pinterest, and I found one, it’s not really a meme but it’s more of an explanation to transphobic people who don’t want to call people by their preferred name: you’re able to call your parents mom and dad. They are not born with those names. You’re able to call your teachers Mr or Ms and their last name. You’d get in trouble if you called them by their first name. You’re able to call a celebrity by their chosen stage name. You’re able to call your friend a shortened version of their name, their middle name instead of their first, or a completely random nickname. You’re able to call a married woman by their husbands last name, even though she was not born with that last name. But when someone’s transgender, how does calling them by a name they were not born with somehow become a hassle?

Read my pfp 😂 (it’ll probably change in a couple of days so if it’s not anything funny or it doesn’t have to do with pride, that’s why) and also, I don’t want to get in a fight, but I just want to make a point to people who say that “being trans/homosexual isn’t wrong, just practicing it is” and it might sound stupid or not make any sense so sorry if it does 😂 and again, if you’re one of the people who says that, it’s fine, we all have our own opinions i just wanted to make a point. so people say that god made women and men to be together, but then why would there be homosexual people but it would still be wrong to be in a lgbtq+ relationship? if they weren’t supposed to be in a relationship, then why would there still be asexual/aromantic people? I really hope that made sense and didn’t sound stupid lol but it probably did. Btw, anyone who sees this, please don't fight with me because I know the creator of the forum post didn't want to start fights so just leave the message alone if you don’t agree ❤️
