I’m a teenager with a free summer in front of me. I weight 195 pounds at the height of 5”3 so not healthy at all. I did softball when I was 8 and cheer when I was even younger. I’ve been the sporty type. Instead of sports I put my time into arts and crafts aka why I’m on this app. I have a very unhealthy relationship with food. I can’t eat veggies they make me sick they’re so gross lolAnyhow my dad wants me to do/train for cross country. So I’ve been running on a treadmill because I’m to scared to go outside..tomorrow I’m going on my first outside morning run. Hopefully depends if someone can bring me lol. Does anyone have any tips on how to eat healthier and how to run better. (Lol I hate running but I keep on doing it because I know it will help) |

Workout make fun healthy foods even make a TikTok if you can if you need help keeping yourself accountable or journal and don't forget to always remember that you are beautiful and perfect just the way you are!!!

Ooohh this is my area! For the running thing, find a nice circular route (the kind that ends where you started) sp that you’re not running in circles over and over again. That gets boring and puts you off. Also, just start off with running at a sustainable pace for about half an hour, dont worry about distance, just keep running, even if ots walking speed, make sure that you can keep up the pace with running. Also, dont walk! You wont be able to start running again!
